Is this medical advice?
No. This protocol is for education only. It is built to help you and your physician work together, not to replace a clinician who knows your history. Never start, stop, or change a medication or supplement on your own.
Can I really improve my bones, or only slow the loss?
Both are realistic goals. Loading your skeleton and getting the nutrition right slows loss for nearly everyone, and can improve strength and density, especially when you start early and stay consistent. When risk is high, medication adds further protection.
I take a blood thinner. Can I take vitamin K2?
Not without your doctor. If you are on warfarin (Coumadin), vitamin K and K2 can reduce how well it works. Talk to your prescriber first. Everything else in the protocol still applies to you.
Do I need to give my email?
