Can Neurofeedback Help Heal Trauma and PTSD?
A systematic review and meta-analysis published in Frontiers in Psychiatry examines neurofeedback and its effect on posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). PTSD is a debilitating mental health condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing traumatic events, affecting millions of people worldwide with symptoms including intrusive memories, avoidance behaviors, negative mood changes, and hyperarousal.
